Pete Winzig 

 

Best known as an innovator and implementer, Pete’s work is guided by a simple quote: “I bring new ideas to clients and projects every day and lead the efforts to make these ideas a reality.”  Called upon to participate in all aspects of strategic planning, marketing, branding, advertising, communications and business development, he works closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, managing partners and planning committees to develop innovative new strategies coupled with effective communications.    

 

Over a 30 year career, he continually pushes the envelope to create memorable and powerful work that regularly wins local and national awards, but more importantly, impacts customers and stakeholders.  

 

Outside of work, Pete is very active in his community on numerous non-profit Boards as President, Vice President and member.  He lives in Bay Village with his wife Kathy, who is also very involved in drug awareness and parent advocacy work locally, regionally and nationally. 

 

Randy DeMuesy

 

With over 10 years as copywriter and associate creative director at a large Cleveland ad agency, followed by another 16 years running his own freelance firm, Randy has the experience and opportunity to position and build brands for companies and products big and small across a wide range of markets.

 

Randy actively participates in research sessions and customer interviews, searching for insights and ideas that others may not hear.  HIs work is plentiful, across a wide range of brands including Simonton, a new line of windows, MTD tractors and zero-turn lawn maintenance products, Cedar Point amusement park, Mr. Coffee and Rubbermaid.

 

Randy's quick wit and common sense approach to copy and creative is a benefit to clients throughout the region.

 

John Jefferson

 

John is known as a "pro's pro" when it comes to marketing, positioning, research and brand development.  John began his career in research, understanding consumer behavior and purchasing habits at point of sale for Wyse Advertising holding the position of Director of Marketing Planning and Research for both the Cleveland and New York city offices.  

 

After a long Wyse career managing retail and industrial clients, John formed his own company attracting clients of all types from funeral homes to basketball teams, universities to financial service organizations, small and large consumer and manufactuing companies.  John's years of experience in research, account management, strategic planning, media planning and buying, and proprietary research techniques makes his a key member of the Ignition family.

 

John is a graduate of Miami University and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  John lives in Westlake with his wife Mary Kay, is active in non-profits arts and cultural associations, and enjoys his grandchildren and frequent trips to NYC and Chicago visitng family and friends.

 

 

 

 Dan Fauver

 

Dan is an award winning conceptual Art Director/Creative Director who writes first to distill what needs to be said, then decides what images might help those words finish the thought in a compelling way.  Lead creative at Ignition and head guy at Lakehouse Publishing, Dan believes getting a solution in advertising, branding, packaging, and identity programs requires a well-developed project brief that reflects each client's marketing goals and business needs.

 

Dan has worked on hundreds of consumer and industrial brands from bearings and banks to mattresses and materials.  Recent branding projects include auto dealership ads and tv commercials, branding a new food and wine emporium, a popcorn manufacturer & retailer, a brush company, a marine company and a cultural arts organization.  His client and industry awards list is remarkable.

 

Dan lives in Westlake and when not traveling to see his daughters and grand children, is usually visiting new restaurants with Jamie or driving "Daisy" to her beloved spa encounters.

 

Dave Morowski

 

Dave is a research driven strategist whose passion for understanding human behavior has guided his career evolution blending quantitative research to the more intuitive qualitative sides of marketing and branding.  

 

Dave's approach to branding and communictions is different than most in that he digs in deep and uses his experience and intuition, along with the client's experience and intuition to bring a first pass brand sketch to the tables for a branding workshop session.  Leveraging both stakeholder experiences and consumer insights, he pushes the team to establish a solid communications platform based on client and audience experience.

 

Once the brand positioning is completed, Dave works tirelessly to hold the team accountable to stay within the brand's triggers and guidelines.

 

Jim Tabaczynski

 

Jim is our "go to" guy for anything PR, leveraging his extensive communications experience in advertising, corporate public relations and broadcast positions. Jim's experience covers a broad range of major corporations like BFGoodrich, Sherwin Williams and Dow Chemicals to small and emerging clients in manufacturing, education, technology and civic and non-profit organizations.

 

Jim heads his own public relations and marketing communications firm, overseeing all aspects of publicity - from developing complete plans and programs to small specialized projects including news releases, feature articles, case histories, contests, blog writing, print and electronic newsletters.

 

His work encompasses media relations with local and regional press and trade business associations, as well as employee communications, trade shows, special events and brand launches.

 

A graduate of Kent State University, Jim is active in the northeast Ohio PR scene and lives in Bay Village.
